When spreadsheets and email stop being enough, we build tools around your workflow: customer portals, admin panels, dashboards and systems for case handling and data collection.

Automation and integrations
A lot of working time is lost moving data by hand between systems that don’t talk to each other. We connect them: forms to CRM, orders to accounting, documents and reports that generate themselves. Where off-the-shelf tools like Make, Zapier or n8n do the job, we use them. Where they fall short, we build the connection ourselves.

Mobile apps and PWAs
Some solutions belong as an app on the phone, but fewer than you might think. Often a mobile-friendly web solution delivers the same value without app stores and duplicate codebases. We recommend an app when an app genuinely adds value, and say so honestly when it doesn’t.

AI-assisted work tools
AI can make internal tasks faster: finding things in documents, summarising, categorising, suggesting. We build such tools with one firm rule: a person approves everything that matters. No black boxes, and no AI making decisions about people.

Advisory work and discovery projects
Unsure where to start? A discovery project gives you answers before you commit to a large order: what the need actually is, what should be built first, and what it will take. You own the result and can take it anywhere, including to another supplier.

Maintenance and further development
A solution isn’t finished just because it has launched. We take responsibility for operations, security updates and bug fixes, and develop the solution as your needs change, as an ongoing agreement with clear terms, so you know what you are getting.

Pricing is set per project, with a clearly defined scope before we start.
